• All pinatas are made to order and processing times are usually 1 to 2 weeks. It might take longer if it’s custom made or a new design.

• Orders are only confirmed, once payment has been received.

• Each pinata is handmade and unique so please allow small differences.

• Colours might change slightly and will depend on supplies availability.

• Allow extra time for shipping. Usually shipping within metro cities is 1 to 5 business days. Regional areas might take longer, please order with anticipation.

• Cancellations or returns are not accepted on custom orders.

• Cancellations on regular orders from the shop are accepted within 24 hrs since order has been placed.
